About Us

Bykota House and School of the Nations are both projects of International Orphan Aid, a non-profit started by Mark and Rhonda Benz.  We maintain a Memorandum Of Understanding, MOU, with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Cambodia and also an approved project agreement with Cambodia's Ministry of Social Affairs.

In the USA we are registered with the Internal Revenue Service as International Orphan Aid, Inc.,  a tax-exempt, public charity under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, EIN# 27-2403326. International Orphan Aid ensures that employer matched contributions do not fund religious activities such as worship or proselytization where prohibited.

About The Benz's

The Benz Family 2011     Having our hearts turned towards Cambodia through an international adoption, we moved to Cambodia in 2004. Since then our vision has grown and so has our family with the adoption of three additional children.

The Lord has blessed the work of our hands in establishing own own Children's Home, Bykota House and later a private school we've named School Of The Nations.

Above all else we desire to live a life which is pleasing to our Lord and to daily walk in obedience. We are blessed to share with you how God is moving in Cambodia.  James 1:27a tells us "Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this; to look after orphans and widows in their distress..." To us the words "to look after" means to care for in the same manner as one's own child.

We invite you to come alongside us in this journey and become a sponsor today!
